Black Leg Warmers / Boot Socks

Leg Warmers / Boot Socks are made with sweater scraps.

Made from scraps of a black ribbed sweater and finished with red thread rolled hem serger seam on outside to give a nice ruffled edge.  All measurements are approximate and laying flat un-stretched.
